Chatbot Prototype
I designed a high-fidelity prototype for a chatbot conversation within a WhatsApp-style environment.
This prototype created a realistic conversational scenario aimed at helping school students practice their studies and prepare for state exams. The chatbot provides instant responses, personalised feedback, and a user-friendly interface to make learning more interactive and accessible.

Challenge
Students often face difficulties in finding reliable and instant support for their studies, especially when preparing for state exams.
Traditional study methods can be less engaging and fail to provide immediate feedback.
There was a need for an innovative solution that could integrate seamlessly into students' daily communication tools.
Action
Designed a high-fidelity interactive prototype of the chatbot interface, simulating a WhatsApp conversation environment to demonstrate the conversational flow and functionalities of the chatbot, including instant responses, practice questions, and personalised feedback.
Result
The product was well-received and is being used by different Balkan countries’ educational bodies with students appreciating the instant feedback and interactions with the chatbot.
Publishers showed interest in the chatbot’s potential to increase student engagement and subscription rates.
The high-fidelity prototype gave the development team a clear vision for bringing the chatbot to life and enhancing the overall Adaptiv platform.
